We apologize for not updating this site in a loooooooong while, especially after so much support from everyone for our original tunes. Many drummers and lead guitarists have been through our doors over the last year, and although FoK has undergone many changes, the original 3 of Micah (vocals), Dean (bass) and Mike (now lead guitar) are still making sick music. We've added the best drummer in Canada to our lineup, Doc, and now FoK is back with a venegence. We are currently in the studio at St. Saveur recording our 1st full-length CD. New music will be uploaded in the next month and mad touring from there. Let us know if you want us to come to your town!!
