labellanoire's Album Review for Flo'Ology
""
Floetry's music is twinged with hip hop, jazz, soul and of course poetry/r&b. They have definitely grown as a unit and there is something very enthralling and engaging about their sound. Their sophomore album is not as raw as the first, but nothing ever
The entertainment business is founded mostly on sex and glitz, even eye candy, but there comes a time when a group is undeniably refreshing and talented minus the pretentiousness and overt sexuality. Floetry covers mastery in tone, originality, and their voices are in complete harmony. Unlike some of the other artists who focus on sex and shock value, Floetry showcases understated talent, they will be really good (classic) in five years, but they are still very soothing to the ears in 2005.
