Four Square

No strangers to the music industry and originally developed as a solo acoustic arrangement, Four Square slowly formed from other groups. Drummer Trevor MacGregor joined the band and has performed with Wagbeard and Treble Charger. Guitarist Allan Shaw has performed with Two Line Filler. They teamed up with bassist Danny Evans and production guru Simon Head to create an infectious power pop combo. In 2000, the band received a grant to produce their first recording. In February 2002, the band released When Weeks Were Weekends on Ducttape Records. The album was debuted during Canadian Music Week 2002 and produced by Ian Blurton. ~ Jason MacNeil, All Music Guide
