The amazing Future Prophecy is Hagay Elazara, a 2nd degree software engineer who incidentally has a strong passion for electronic music. Hailing from Beer Sheva, Israel’s capital of the south, Hagay started his musical life at the famous Forum Club, the biggest club in the south with a capacity of 3,000. Hagay was a DJ, with passion in 80’s music & an extensive home collection of music that included Pink Floyd, Brian Eno, Israeli avant-garde artists and lots of alternative rock. With no electronic music background, he was exposed to the new genre and discovered trance while out cruising with a friend, immediately drawn in by the sound of the bass. This marked the beginning of a new musical direction... Since those early days, Future Prophecy developed a unique sound that can only be recognized with this talented act, representing top class production skills along with unique composing. It’s no wonder Hagay has managed to put his spell on the dance floors for so many years. Future Prophecy released four albums between the years 1997 to 2000 and left it’s mark on the world by unleashing several monster dancefloor tracks including the legendary “Indra”, “Freak” and an unforgettable remix of X-Dream’s classic “The 2nd Room! Future Prophecy has gained credibility and recognition in the trance world, which has risen to new heights with the release of the fifth album Concept of Love, & sixth, the amazing 2006 release, Body Shaker, with state of the art production skills alongside innovative fresh musical direction, that included cool hip hop vocals & mad guitar riffs, all layered on top of pumping psy trance. Now, showcasing his dj abilities and musical choice, Hagay was given the honor to compile the 2nd of BNE’s new series of compilations: Advanced Options 2, out December 2006.
