A student of the oboe with Besozzi Druschetzky was also a drummer and composer. It was not until 1795, in Pest that he finally established a foundational musical relationship in the house of Archduke Jospeh Anton Johann. Druschetzky's compositions were based in a geographically small area and his style is indicative of this. Compositions use the high classical forms but the pieces are rather short and underdeveloped.
