Gianluca Attanasio was born at Manduria (TA) in July 1973. From 1992 to 1994 he attended the courses of musicology and theatre criticism at Dams University in Bologna. In 1997 he started attending the faculty of Philosophy and Literature at Bologna University. He is a journalist and a member of the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers. He attended the Musical Laboratory of Walter Savelli in Florence where he is specialized in piano and composition. “Time Music” Label produced a few CDs of Pop Music composed and interpreted by him, and orchestrated in collaboration with Geoff Westley, Mike Applebaum, Roberto Guarino, Luciano Torani, Francesco Musacco, etc. For a few years he has been writing music for the theatre and for dancing performances. He has recently composed short soundtracks for the “Lavagnino Contest”. He has created and is carrying on a musical project “Harmonia” with Martin Brochard as singer.
