Girl Talk is producer and sampler Gregg Gillis, who rose from the club scenes of Cleveland and Pittsburgh to create some of the most defiant samples of the Jackson 5, Cyndi Lauper, Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, and C+C Music Factory.
