Born and reaised in the small town of Rock Island Illinois. The town sames to be under alot of stress at this time and alot of killings and shootings has been going on since these last past days but Rock Island is the home town about three Hours from Chicago. The Fam is a great family in the Rock Island area and Hal-Capone is one of the members. The Fam is inspired by 4 lost familys members, they represent the Four gaurdence Will,Deb,Ray,& Ree R.I.P. Fam 4 Life, now a silent pray for Rock Island.
