Stockholm based techno producer Henrik Helenius aka Henry Burner has been into dance music for the last decade. It started in the early 90s with inspiration from hardcore breaks, Detroit techno and acid house. He recorded his earliest tracks with a friend in 1993 on basic equipment. Under the guise Henry Burner he has recorded techno, house and electro tracks. His music is not extremely experimental or soundwise ground breaking but deep, hard hitting and instinctive. He played live gigs and DJ sets during 1999 - 2001 in the Stockholm area, collaborated with other artists on various compilations and had air play on national radio techno and house shows. Some of his most important inspirators have been Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills, Larry Heard, Richard D James and Sun Ra.
