iKiLLCaRS
iKiLLCaRS was started in May of 2006, an offshoot of the duo Japansterdam. Hailing from Austin, TX, the garage-punk three-piece has one release under their belt - the 5-song EP "BeCKY" - and another on the way. Most of the tracks on BeCKY were recorded by Erik Wofford and Kyle Hunt (of the Black Angels) at Cacaphony Records in Austin. iKiLLCaRS' second release will be out in the fall of 2007, recorded by Chris "Frenchy" Smith (Young Heart Attack) at The Bubble (Meat Puppets, Built to Spill). In the meantime, they have been touring regionally, winning over crowds with their wily live show and sonic punk rock.
