Good but not great, some standout songs, but I recomend Ne-Yo's album "In My Own Words" for real R&B pleasure.
Some awesome songs, but not an awesome album. "Do What It Do" is the best of the songs which i did listen to for ages in a row, "Extravaganza(ft.Kanye West)" is also quite good, "With You (ft.The Game & Snoop Dogg)" is also good with Snoop really helping with the songs appeal and "Unpredictable (ft.Ludacris)" grows on you. Other than those though its nothing special and the other 11 songs probably aren’t something you’ll play often. Worth a listen if you’re an R&B fan but there are better out there.

I recognized this cat was joint on his first album. He is definately one of the tightest vocalist out there. I'd say Stevie Wonder, Charlie Wilson, Jaime Foxx would be my "Holy Trinity" if i had to create one.The cat got dem VOKALZ. By the way l
