Jamie Warren is a contemporary country vocalist based in Canada. At the beginning of his career, the Canadian Country Music Association awarded him Outstanding New Artist in 1985. In the years following the award, he toured Canada frequently, in addition to releasing independent singles. By the mid-'90s, he had built up a strong following, and in 1995, he had two Top 20 hits in Canada -- "Ready to Run" and "What Goes Around Comes Around."
