Not a band, but a music project including hiphop, rock, punk, electronica and so on. LarG Productions produces many genres of music. A virtual label that evolved from the live band of the same name circa 1998-2000. Formed roughly in 1998 by founding members G. Hall and Len C., LarG Productions recruited James Anstey and T.V.D. to play guitar and drums respectively from the Absinthe Groove. The four used the label name as a band name when playing shows allowing for the group to record numerous styles without feeling pidgeon-holed into a singular genre. As life forced the quartet apart, thus ending the live aspect of LarG Productions in that form, G. Hall carried the label as his own engineering project. All members remained involved and this new approach allowed a number of new members including Tom Magee and J. Novak to join. LarG Productions today presents a variety of music to its listeners and had become also a promotion for live folk, funk, and whatnot via J. Novak.
