Composer/pianist Marilynn Seits discovered the healing power of new age music and its accompanying lifestyle while attending the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City in 1970. She broadened her knowledge with frequent trips abroad to the Far East, immersing herself in the arts of qigong and tai chi .
