What do you get when you put together a puertorrican (Pete Drown) and an argentinian (Mike Mellow) with similar musical influences? Well, in this case, two amateurs of the poptronic music, that within their limitations, have a good time presenting their music on the same space. Each one composes their own tracks and when placed together, they just fit, as if created continuosly. With an organic sensibility inside these instrumental melodies, they present this new group of songs under what used to be a side project titled "Micro-Escopio". In a curious turn of events, both Pete and Mike ended up in the EU, relatively closeby and with plans to go forward with this project, even if only as a digital band. Maybe they'll even play a gig or two, and who knows; they might even get better at what they do. What does the future hold for Micro-Escopio you may ask? Only time will tell (or the lack of it). In the meantime, just enjoy the new tracks. As Micro-Escopio they have played with Los Nervios, Antártica, Mima y Audiosis among other groups from Puerto Rico.
