PhonicMatt's Album Review for Bitches Brew

What's a "Brew" to do?
Miles Davis defied the laws of Jazz tradition when he recorded Bitches Brew in 1969. Although it was slammed by jazz critics the country over (they hated it and said Miles had lost his mind), it became one of the most popular jazz albums of all time, and remains one of the best selling. This is very intellegent, dissonant acid-jazz, and those who get it REALLY get it. If you don't like it, you either have to alter your consciousness or re-evaluate your taste in american music.
