No Wings Fins Or Fuselage
Heavily inspired by the phenomena of UFOs, a man simply known as James wrote and recorded a number of Pixies influenced songs that lyrically dealt with intergalactic life in 1996. After recruiting a couple friends to accompany him on bass, drums, and various noises, No Wings Fins or Fuselage was born. With a handful of shows in their home base of London and a distribution deal with Seriously Groovy Records, James' label Saucer released his self-titled debut album in 1998, followed by Electris (1999) and the EP Other Side of the Sky (2000). ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
