Hollywood pop punks Orange signed with Hellcat Records while still in high school after getting the attention of label impresario/Rancid leader Tim Armstrong. The quartet's first appearance was on Give 'Em the Boot, Vol. 4 (the song "No Rest for the Weekend"), and the full-length Welcome to the World of... appeared in August 2005.
