Drawing inspiration from everyone from Black Sabbath to Voivod to Captain Beefheart, the albums of Swedish avant-metal band Pan-Thy-Monium were conceptual pieces based around tales of "the unknown cult of Raagoonshinaah (the god of emptiness and gloom)."
