Party Fun Action Committee

Party Fun Action Committee -- a rap duo, not a Japanese lobbyist dedicated to hedonism -- was formed by Blockhead and Jer to send up the wussier aspects of turn-of-the-millennium hip-hop, including rap-rock (Limp Bizkit), geek hop (MC Paul Barman), and assorted other easy targets (fratboys, Ja Rule, "intelligent" rappers). The fact that at least one member had a hype-heavy resumé himself (Blockhead productions have appeared on Aesop Rock and S.A.
