Peter Kurtz
Peter Kurtz is a technical and music freelance writer who has contributed articles and interviews to Goldmine and Discoveries record-collecting magazines, as well as numerous fanzines. He acquired a B.S. in journalism from Ohio University, after which he traveled the country and worked as a jazz DJ. A native of northern Ohio, Kurtz cites three watershed moments in his life: hearing the Beatles' "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" during "show-and-tell" in kindergarten, purchasing Jimi Hendrix's Electric Ladyland while in high school, and reading Jack Kerouac's On the Road as a senior in college. ~ Peter Kurtz
