Prydein
In 1995 Iain Mac Harg and Aron Garceau formed the band Whisky Before Breakfast along with 3 college friends. In a short while this band was playing the Celtic Classic and the New Hampshire Highland games in front of thousands of people, only to dissolve into nothingness in 1998. But Aron and Iain still had the drive to play and in November of 1998, Prydein was formed. The new sound that they achieved was so fresh and different from their earlier band that they took it a step further. Prydein bridges the gap between celtic music and ska, rock, funk, hip hop as well as more traditional stylings but all with an amazingly high energy. Teamed up with Hazen Metro, also on bagpipes, Prydein brings forth their own brand of Bagpipe Kilt-Rock with dazzling harmonies and energetic settings. Also teamed up with bassist Andy Smith (Might Sam McLain Band) and Caleb Bronz (Gordon Stone Trio, Mighty Sam McLain Band), Prydein is guaranteed to leave them wanting more.
