Requiem For A God
Requiem is my one-man electronic project/experiment. I've played guitar in extreme metal bands for several years now (i'm also currently working on a deathmetal/grindcore project tentatively titled Chlamydiclysm, so be looking out for that if you're into that sort of thing...) Needless to say, my interests in EBM, Hellectro, Darkwave, Industrial, and darker styles of Drum and Bass music have raised the eyebrows of some of my more "purist" friends in the extreme metal community, as well as some of the musicians I've played with. Anyways, Requiem arose out of some experimentation with synthesizers for another project coupled with an urge to do something different. Of course, my interests in horror movies and the darker side of things lend their colors to ALL the music i write, but those influences are particularly prevalent with Requiem, as there are no opposing points of view... Working alone has proved to be a very pleasant experiance for me. It allows me to make the music I want to hear without ever having to compromise, which i must admit, feels pretty good. Anyways, PLEASE feel free to leave me your praises AND/OR your criticisms. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE BOTH...

Not too much of a suprise for a guy in a grindcore & extreme metal band. Noentheless, the music is still interesting and hard as hell at times.
