River City High

River City High formed out of the ashes of Funsize and Inquisition in early 1999. Based out of Richmond, VA, the line-up of James Menefee, Mark Avery, and Jay McMillan had a love for old-school rock & roll. Forgets Their Manners was also released that same year. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
