Affiliating the efforts of vocalist Louis, Joe (guitar, vocals), Rich (guitar), Russ (bass), and drummer Jimi, all of whom have previous band experience, Stemm deliver original strains within alternative metal's most aggressive marks. Discharging creative combinations of hip-hop, rap, and other non-mainstream styles, Stemm give away further solutions for crossbreed compositions. Forming in 1998 in Buffalo, NY, Stemm started from the very beginning of their activities to enjoy considerable praise within the local music scene. Featured on several compilation discs and on various independently released motion pictures, Stemm recorded their first disc, the EP Further Efforts, in 1999. Following a period during which their reputation continued to grow, they entered the studio again to record their first album.
