Stitch in Tyme

When the Untouchables and the Continentals united in the mid-'60s in Nova Scotia, Stitch in Tyme was formed. Comprising Pinky Dauvin, Grant Fullerton, Danny Morris, Bob Murphy and Bruce Wheaton, the group moved to Toronto and signed a contract with Yorkville records. Several singles were released in 1967-68 (including "Got to Get You into My Life" and "New Dawn"), but they broke up in 1969. Though Wheaton later formed Everyday People and Dauvin and Fullerton were recruited by Lighthouse, Stitch in Tyme re-formed several times in the late '80s for concert dates. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
