Californian Tairrie B. recorded one hip-hop album in 1990 with the help of N.W.A.'s Eazy-E and additional production assistance from Schoolly D. In spite of her novel appearance and persona -- Tairrie was a blonde hip-hop feminist able to meet males on their own level while remaining distinctly feminine -- the album failed to make much of an impact, and Tairrie B disappeared from the scene. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
