The Downfalls
The Downfalls are a San Francisco indie-rock trio that wraps the sweat-dripping **** of post-punk powerpop around a creamy melodic center, all glazed over with a thick swarm-of-angry-bees-in-your-face fuzz bass and tom-tom fury. Described as somewhere between "Weezer getting its ass kicked on the playground" and "the-not-so-Dandy-Warhols," the band has been honored as a Featured Artist here on MP3.com and has received great write ups on the bloggiest of music blogs.
