We are Brian Hendricks and Richard Cole, and we record under the name of The Permanent Waves. We have both played guitar for over 20 years, during which time we cofounded an all-originals band that lasted 9 years. After that band decomposed (we were called The Three Squares, and you never heard of us) we took an extended break and have only recently collaborated again. We are now in the process of recording the resulting songs, playing, programming and recording all the instruments ourselves for our upcoming first CD/MP3 album release. We will be uploading demos and finished masters from time to time. At some point we will be needing a capable rhythm section for playing out. If you are in the Cleveland / Youngstown, Ohio area (possibly even Pittsburgh) and happen to be (or know of) a drummer, bassist, or keyboardist looking for a paying gig, and you like the music that pops up here every week or two, do not hesitate to drop a line.
