After their first single appeared on a compilation and recieved some radio airplay, Christian industrial band Toxic Church was signed by the Blonde Vinyl label. The company folded soon after and left the Milwaukee group adrift, until they formed their own MTF (More than Flesh) label in 1994 and released Systems Failure.
