The band named СтиХ (pronouncing S-T-I-H, "VERSiCLE" is their english name) was formed in Chekhov (small town in Moscow region, Russia) in September of 2004 when band founders Yura ChooReign (formerly known as Yuri Chursin) and Dr. Gore (formerly known as Victor Galushin) agreed on the name of their musical project. Then their next step was recording the demo CD, that was released only in 2006 and was named “Эпитафия” (“Epitaph”), that was tributed to their lost friend Denis Ermakov (Денис Ермаков)… At the moment guys have recorded and released their new web EP, named “запутавшись в стропах сознания…” (“afoul in cords of the conscious…”) In addition all the members of СтиХ are experimenting with different music forms and computer-composing… Hear their new releases soon! ;)
