Yeasayer is a band based in Brooklyn, New York. Their debut album, All Hour Cymbals, was released on October 23, 2007 by We Are Free. The band members are Anand Wilder, Chris Keating, Ira Wolf Tuton, and Luke Fasano. They describe their music as "Middle Eastern-psych-pop-snap-gospel". MTV put them at the top of their list of "Seven Bands from SXSW That Will Matter". Their first single, released in 2007, consisted of the tracks "Sunrise" and "2080". They are currently touring in the United Kingdom and Europe.
