Help please,
I can't upload my new album or even singles. When I try to upload my new album I keep getting this error:
An error occurred processing your Album. It's
possible the Album Cover file was too large or that the
file could not be found on your machine. Please make
sure the file exists and meets the requirements for
uploading, and try again.
I've tried for three days now to get past this point but can get no where. The file is not too big and it is on my machine but try after try after try I get nowhere I just keep getting this error.
Also, I can not upload even a single. I put in in my info and hit enter and the little thingy (balls that go round and round) comes up but an hour later it's still not uploaded. I've tried this several times in the last three days also. But each time the songs do not upload.
Can you help?

Sometimes the system is a little finicky with the browser that you use. Have you tried a different internet browser, such as Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, or vice versa?You must be registered and logged in to post a message.

I've been trying to upload one of my songs, but when it has been posted it seems to be much slower than the original file.
Any ideas what I can do ?

MP3.com uses Flash MX to re-sample all audio down to bit rates in increments of 11 (11, 22, 44, etc.). That re-sampling will cause the perceived slow-down in pitch if the file is not encoded at one of these bit rates (i.e., if you encoded it at 48 khz, a common setting in iTunes). Unfortunately, we cannot recode the track on the Flash end, so please ensure that your tracks adhere to these guidelines and re-upload any tracks that were previously affected. You can do this by clicking the "Songs" tab of your ARTIST profile and clicking on the song title [edit] link.
We're considering resampling mp3's on our end for the flash player, but in the meantime, encoding using the above settings is the way to go. Also note that if you download the mp3, it will play normally. Hope this helps.You must be registered and logged in to post a message. -

Hi. i've been having the same problem as Gloria Jane. When I create a new album I get the same error message. I also get that three balls spinning thing for two hours when I try to upload songs but to no success.
My artist name is [Fluxu§yndrom]. My account is still pending though as I cannot upload any songs which is one of the requirements to being approved.

This is a problem. Can't upload new albums or even upload picture for new album . This is a glich that must be fixed. Otherwise we will continue to have problems.
My singles have been uploaded but can't get album and picture for album to upload. What now?
