The winning band will receive a slot on the Dell Stage at the 2007 Austin City Limits Music Festival and be listed as part of the official lineup. As an official ACL artist, the band will receive artist passes for the entire weekend with access to catering, the artist lounge, and everywhere else bands get to go!
The winning band will also receive:
- A $1,000 travel stipend.
- Two hotel rooms for three nights in downtown Austin.
- Tickets for your friends the day of your show.
- A performance at the Dell Lounge after-hours party: September 14th & 15th at Mohawk/Club Deville in Austin.
- Band promotion on the homepage of ACLfestival.com and partner websites.
- A New Dell Notebook PC.
- Plus countless other ACL goodies and schwag.
To make it even better, through our good friends at Paste Magazine the winner will get:
- A performance at the Paste Presents Concert, Sept 13 at Maggie Mae's.
- Inclusion on the December/January Paste Sampler CD.
There's no crummy consolation prizes here. The final four bands that make the finale event won't be wasting a trip to Austin. Even if you don't make it on the lineup, all four bands will receive:
- A $1,000 travel stipend.
- Weekend tickets to the Festival.
- A feature on DellLounge.com.
- Various other ACL goodies.
