Independent Film Channel is running 10 new chapters of Chicago crooner's marathon musical on its Web site.
R. Kelly is back and ready to make that empty feeling inside you go away.
The Chicago crooner--set to go on trial September 17 on 14 counts of child pornography charges--began unveiling 10 new chapters of his Trapped in the Closet soap opera, doing so through the Web site of the Independent Film Channel.
Trapped, which tells the the tale of lovers Sylvester and Kathy and the litany of sordid tales their affair incites resumed on Monday with the release of the first of 10 new chapters in the ongoing series.
The new chapter, which was preceded by a short summary of the first 12 chapters, chronicles Sylvester's mysterious errand with his brother-in-law Twan, as well as the marriage of nosy neighbor Rosy and her husband Randolph.
As in the earlier chapters, Kelly plays Sylvester and Randolph, as well as the story's singing narrator.
Chapter 14 features Sylvester and Kathy discussing their predicament in a diner, and the story kicks up a notch when Sylvester and Twan discover the waitress isn't who she says she is.
