Rapper to stand trial; singer returns with performance; report says couple were engaged; Rock Band gets the Dead out.
Game ordered to stand trial
The Game is in hot water over his behavior in the midst of his namesake. The rapper--real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor--was ordered to stand trial on three felony charges after he allegedly pulled a gun during a pickup basketball game at an educational center in South Los Angeles in February.
The Game faces counts of making criminal threats, possession of a firearm in a school zone, and exhibiting a firearm on the grounds of a facility for minors.
A Superior Court commissioner ordered him arraigned on Sept. 25. The charges stem from an alleged Feb. 24 fight during a basketball game at an educational center. Police allege that Taylor, 27, grabbed a gun from his red Cadillac Escalade and threatened to shoot an opposing player after earlier punching him. Taylor remains free on $50,000 bail. If convicted, he could face more than five years in prison.

Post says Kidman and Kravitz were engaged
In an interview in this month's Vanity Fair, actress Nicole Kidman revealed that she was engaged to someone between the time of her divorce from actor Tom Cruise and her marriage to country singer Keith Urban. Today, the New York Post reported that the person in question was rocker Lenny Kravitz, who dated Kidman for a short period during that time. "They were even house-hunting together for a while," a source told the paper. A representative for Kravitz said, "I cannot confirm or deny it." A rep for Kidman said, "I don't know."
Kidman was renting Kravitz's New York apartment during the time of their alleged relationship, but moved out after rumors of it escalated in the press. Even though both have denied reports of a romance, they were seen together quite a bit.
