First studio album in four years will feature tracks produced by Danjahandz, Pharrell, and Bloodshy & Avant.
If Britney Spears is going to pull off her would-be comeback attempt on her new album, Blackout, she's going to have plenty of help.
Spears today confirmed the tracklist for the album, her first studio release in four years, and also unveiled some of the producers and the album's cover art (at right). The 12-track set begins with the single "Gimme More," which Spears debuted at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards and holds the No. 3 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Blackout was moved from November 13 to an October 30 release earlier this week due to widespread leaks of its songs.
The album will feature tracks produced by Nate "Danjahandz" Hills, who provided the infectious beat on "Gimme More" and three other songs, as well as Bloodshy & Avant and Kara DioGuardi.
T-Pain is credited as one of three writers on "Hot As Ice," while Pharrell Williams wrote, coproduced (as half of the Neptunes) and sings backup on closer "Why Should I Be Sad."
Blackout tracklist:
1. "Gimme More"
2. "Piece of Me"
3. "Radar"
4. "Break the Ice"
5. "Heaven on Earth"
6. "Get Naked (I Got a Plan)"
7. "Freakshow"
8. "Toy Soldier"
9. "Hot As Ice"
10. "Ooh Ooh Baby"
11. "Perfect Lover"
12. "Why Should I Be Sad"
