With her forthcoming album, The Reminder, in stores May 1, Canadian singer is set to hit the road.
Having toured relentlessly in support of her 2004 solo album, Feist is back and ready to do the same.
The Canadian singer, a part-time member of Broken Social Scene, is set to release her forthcoming solo album, The Reminder, on May 1, the follow-up to her much-acclaimed Let It Die.
Feist recorded the album with the help of frequent collaborator Gonzales, as well as Jamie Lidell, Dominic "Mocky" Salole, and Ron Sexsmith, with whom she wrote a song called "Brandy Alexander."
The singer is currently streaming a clip of "My Moon My Man," the album's first single, on her Web site. The three-track My Moon My Man EP hits stores and digital retailers this week and includes another new song, "Water," as well as a Boys Noize Classic Remix of "My Moon My Man."
Feist is planning an extensive tour in support of the album, starting a European leg in London on April 16 before heading to Canada in May. In June, the singer will plays a series of US dates, including the Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee.
