Episode Six

This week we get a ferocious live set from Bronx rap icon Percee P, who performs his classic 1992 single "Lung Collapsing Lyrics" at San Francisco's club Mezzanine. Though he's been in the game for nearly 20 years, this footage proves that he's still got the magic touch.

We also chop it up with Jumbo and DJ Shines from longtime Portland hip-hop crew Lifesavas. They discuss their brand new album Gutterfly (listen here), released through indie-rap powerhouse Quannum.

Then we get into a music video for "Nostalgia," the lead single off Brooklyn producer Marco Polo's debut album Port Authority. The track features Masta Ace on the mic, while the video sports cameos from assorted underground artists.
