Rock the Bells, the year's biggest hip-hop event by far, has added 13 cities to its docket, turning a four-day, all-star event into an equally star-studded tour.

Nas Nas

Joining headliners Wu-Tang Clan and Nas on the 17-date tour will be Cypress Hill, UGK, Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch, David Banner, Immortal Technique, and Jedi Mind Tricks. Cypress Hill and UGK will be part of the bill on select dates.

The tour will kick off July 26 at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts, and finish up August 30 in Toronto. Four of the tour dates are Rock the Bells festival events, with an even bigger lineup for each that will include Rage Against the Machine.

The festival dates are July 28-29 at Randall's Island in NYC, August 11 at the Hyundai Pavilion near San Bernardino, California, and August 18 at the McCovey Cove parking lot in San Francisco.

"After announcing our historic shows with Rage Against the Machine & Wu-Tang Clan headlining earlier this year, we are overwhelmed with the enthusiasm of fans who want Rock the Bells brought to their cities," festival organizer Chang Weisberg said in a statement. "There is no other hip hop music festival more vital to the artists, community, and fans it serves than Rock the Bells. We want to build an annual event in all of these cities to serve their musical communities and prove that quality hip-hop is NOT dead."
