I have read lots of reviews and now am more confused than before I started.
Looking for a good choice in the price range listed with the following characteristics:
1] Play MP3
2] Good quality
3] Fairly Large -- I mostly plan to listen at home, or maybe on the road if it can be plugged into the lighter.
I am undecided on a service for dowloading mp3 but mostly will just rip CDs I already have.
Any advice or suggestions? ANY to avoid? I have heard some really negative comments on Zune.

How about this strange thing you've never heard of called an iPod? Hmmm. Seriously though, just grab an iPod. It's easily the best because it holds so much, and it can be plugged into any stereo with just a cord.You must be registered and logged in to post a message.

You'll probably end up uying iPod.. It's good quality machinery, yes..
But with the same price you get 4gb iPod you can buy 6gb Creative. Creative is atleast nearly as good as iPod.. It's really a matter of opinion.

Most suggest you to buy an ipod~ But i think the PSP is much more useful than ipod! http://www.madeinchina.com/2764326/product-5959120/photo-8269292/PSP.shtml This kind of one.
It could not only play mp3 music, but also could play digital games, movies and electronic books! So useful~
