Since their first release, Weezer had inspired a lot of bands. Members of bands like Deftones and Jimmy Eat World defined Weezer as their favorite band. Guns N' Roses' Axl Rose watched their performance from backstage and loved it. Weezer has made an amazing pop album, where all the songs fit perfectly in your head with no intentions of getting out. They made an album that artists and fans called "the most honest album ever," and which became a lot of musicians' favorite. They made a comeback album that awakened their old fans to act with full force. They made an album that let people see more of the metalhead that Rivers Cuomo really is. They made an album that changed the direction Weezer was going as far as using instruments they haven't used before. Weezer has been gaining fans for 11 years. They have a website that has more than 23 million hits. Magazines such as Rolling Stones had to run after the band for a photoshoot. Cuomo had written a song every week, and less than half of them got out on the net. People can't get enough of Weezer. I searched Toronto to get their poster (I did get it.) They're called a dysfunctional band, the Rolling Stone says that they're falling apart, and yet they're together and they defend each other. I love Weezer. Music industry loves Weezer.
