I'm a huge fan of space exploration, and I love finding spacey-sounding tracks from sci-fi movies. There's a Disney Channel television movie named "Zenon: The Zequel" that has this song called "The Galaxy Is Ours." Sounds cheezy, I know, but bear with me. :-) At the time of the movie's release, Disney had a website up that hosted a full mp3 of the finished track, complete with spacey sound effects. I've been looking for that mp3 up and down, but NO LUCK! There's a soundtrack CD of another Zenon movie (Zenon: Z3) that has a track of the same song, but it's not "space"-ified. It's just electric guitar, which is fine, but I like the song for its ambient space sound, and I was disappointed to find out that's not the version I bought when I got the CD. When you search for mp3s on the internet, most of them pop up simply as cuts from the movie where the song is played, but there's a lot of irritating dialogue that happens between some of the characters RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SONG. I'd like to avoid having to live with a movie clip...I prefer just the song.
So, long story short --
Does anyone have or know where I can get an mp3 (or really, any audio file) of "The Galaxy Is Ours" by Proto Zoa (aka Phillip Rhys, Kristian Rex, or possibly the band Microbe)? The song is written by Donald Markowitz, if that helps. Please tell me someone knows where I can find this apparently non-existent track!
