I have a Sony Ericsson w300i walkman phone. The device supports mp3, mp4, 3gp,
aac, amr, midi, imy, and emy files.
I notice that most of the dowload sites sell wma.
Emusic sells legal mp3s, but you need a subscription.
I'm having trouble finding a legal mp3 service (or one that will support any of the other
formats for my device) where I can buy songs on a per download basis rather than with a
subscription.

You could try using www.allofmp3.com its a russian downloading service and it lets you choose the format you want to download the song in. Theres been a lot of hype about these russian downloading services recently but the only country that I know of where its banned is germany.You must be registered and logged in to post a message.
