After one day of deliberation, the jury finds Kelly not guilty on all 14 counts of child-pornography charges.
In one of the most bizarre, high-drama court room spectacles in recent memory, the R. Kelly trial ended Friday, June 13 with an acquittal on all 14 counts of child-pornography.
The prosecution did not convince the jury beyond a reasonable doubt that the man on the video tape (which depicted a male urinating on and engaging in sex with a female alleged to be as young as 13) was in fact Kelly. During the trial the jury watched the tape and heard testimony about alleged sexual encounters involving the girl and another female participant.
Both Kelly and the girl in question--who is now 23--denied being on the tape and neither testified on the stand.
Kelly cried as the verdict was read. He was facing up to 15 years in prison and would have had to register as a sex offender.

What R did is wrong, but the girls ain't innocent.
