Prizefight: iPod Classic vs. Zune 120

CNET's team of editors compare the Apple iPod Classic to the Microsoft Zune 120 MP3 player.

Last year, our prizefight between the original iPod Classic and Zune 80 ended in the most upsetting verdict imaginable--a tie. I still get e-mails from disgruntled fanboys on both sides of the debate, claiming the fight was rigged. I assure you, it was not.

This year, as we pit the second-generation iPod Classic against the Zune 120, I can assure you of another thing...in this prizefight, only one MP3 player comes out alive.

Will the iPod repeat the domination we witnessed in Nano vs. Zune 16, or will the Zune catch a break?

IMPORTANTE: En el zune pude sin ningun esfuerzo tener todas las caratulas de todos los cds y cansiones, mientras que en el ipod todavia no lo e logrado. YYYYYY! Lo mas IMPORTANTE, el zune tiene RADIO y el ipod NOO. Espero que la apple no pase por alto ese detalle en los nuevos ipods, la radio es algo muy imp. en un equipo de mp3.

Pal que entienda espanol y para los de la encuesta espero que lo traduscan, por que mi commentario es real. Actualmente tengo un ipod 80gb y en realidad me facinan mas los ipods por el estilo que tienen . . .pero tuve un zune 30 gb anterior y e visto mas ipods frizaos, mientras que zune solo e visto uno dando problemas . . aunque hay que considerar tambien que hay mucho mas ipods que zune en la sociedad, o sea, quiere decir que e visto mucho mas ipods q. zune en la sociedad. Pero opino:Me parece q el programa de los zune es mas sencillo,facil y comodo de bregar,itunes todavia no lo comprendo en su plenitud.

i dont know if iPOD does the wireless transfer between units, or has the ease of use of the Zune. but i know i'd rather lose a pinky than give up my 120gb Zune. its one of the best investments music makers and fans alike can make.
