The silver-haired Alabama native will be putting his own spin on the Smokey Robinson classic "Ain't That Peculiar," originally performed by Marvin Gaye. "Wherever I Lay My Hat," written by Gaye, and "Dream Myself Awake," by Thomas, are also included. The Adams/Jim Vallance-penned "The Right Place" was originally written for Ray Charles to perform shortly before his death.

"Soul Thing" and "The Deal" were both written by Hicks and released on his second independent album Under the Radar before he auditioned for the popular television show.

Hicks was crowned victor on American Idol after the majority of 36.4 million viewers voted for him over Katharine McPhee.

Here is the tracklist for Taylor Hicks:

"Heaven Knows"

"Gonna Move"

"Wherever I Lay My Hat"

"Give Me Tonight"

"Just To Feel That Way"
