Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube to tour Canada

Rappers connect for nine-date jaunt in January through the icy tundra, starting in Victoria and ending in Winnipeg.

Two of the forefathers of West Coast hip-hop are taking their act to the Great White North.

Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg are linking up for a coheadlining tour through Canada. The 10-show run kicks off in Victoria, British Columbia, January 12 and concludes January 23 at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

Ice Cube is touring in support of his latest album, Laugh Now, Cry Later, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 album chart when it released last summer. Snoop Dogg released his album Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, last month, debuting at No. 5 on the chart.
