Thievery Corp., Brazilian Girls, Andy Caldwell, Thunderball, Osunlade tabbed for UEFA Champions League's sonic backdrop.
Looking to bring an electro-lounge vibe to its forthcoming UEFA Champions League soccer game, Electronic Arts has tabbed some of the genre's heavyweights for its soundtrack.
EA today unveiled the track listing for the sonic backdrop of the 2006-2007 version of the game, with big names like DC-based dub/downtempo duo Thievery Corporation and the eclectic Brazilian Girls on board.
The 11-track album also includes acclaimed producers like Andy Caldwell, Bonobo, and Osunlade, as well as house remixes of Latin legends like Ray Barretto and Cal Tjader.
UEFA Champions League is based on the prestigious European club soccer tournament of the same name, and is set to hit stores March 20.
