Fiesel? Who's that?

After writing this history essay, I took the time to clear out my documents folder. In doing so I revisted my first four chapters of "Finding Fiesel" and made the abrupt decision to "rebirth" Fiesel in my head.

My imaginary menace is going to be making a reappearance soon! Whether that strikes you as a good thing or a long, dull thing, it won't be exactly what you may be expecting. The story "Finding Fiesel" has been on long term hiatus -obviously- and will probably stay that way for a while. I don't want to write such a strangely distrubing and [honestly] very dull story quite yet. Instead, the 11 year old girl is going to continue her everyday happenings at Elwynn elementary with upperclassman Bridger Fiador, best friend Jorrie McDowell, and everybody in between.

Like I said before..."Finding Fiesel" will still not be continued. Instead, I am going to write a series of shorter, more light-hearted tales of her every-day...not life threatening... struggles. She won't be as depressed and things (hopefully) won't be so drawn out. Stories will still be told from multiple prospectives and just to keep things straight she is still a foster girl. I don't believe that this i.o.a will be able to get my main story back on track, but it will help the reader and me grow to the characters even more.

If I can, I am simply going to post the stories right here on TV.com, but if not I will put them on fanfiction. =) Hope I can entertain you at some point, I know my stories have a strong tendency to be duuuul. Maybe these shorter ones will help me with that =)

~Tyler

Oh yeah, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, you can take a glance and the story I've started called "Finding Fiesel"
Right Here
to get the basic idea. If you actually intend to read it all, make sure you've got a maybe 20-25 minutes.

A Realization...

After just now conjuring up that long catch-up "thesis" (lol), I realized something.

I started on this site just after grade 7..and now I'm in grade 10. I'm not sure why that feels like such a big deal, but it's just like...wow. You can look through my posts and really almost all of the major life highlights in the last 3 years. It's crazy.

I've known you all for a lot longer than I ever thuoght, and you know a lot more about me than I thought. But what can I say, you are pretty much awesome! =D

Playing Catch-up

Yes, I once again have taken a random leave without much notice. And so I will do as I tradionally do and relapse the last few months of my life in a couple brief paragraphs! Feel free to comment without actually reading, I know I can ramble! =D

Well when I graduated from Tandem Productions, I really got lost in life for a while. I just didn't really know what to do and kinda isolated myself for a while. Fortuneatly, my friends were able to get my life back on track (away from the continual thoughts of my Tandem friends which I will, of course, see even less now). And with my life being set on track, I've discovered a few new intrests, been trying a few new things, and trying to slow down grade 10 a little bit so I don't graduate High School too soon.

One just notable intrest of mine that has recently surfaced is my massive liking of Movie Soundtracks! I've discovered how personally satisfying it is to really unravle a movie soundtrack start-to-finish, over analyze the musicality of it and just enjoy it all. I have been spending a lot of time learning about orchestration, band construction, and music compotistion in hopes of someday actually being able to learn how to write music scores for movies! That's my NEW hopful career, whether or not this one dies out like the rest have before it! LOL (I change my mind too much -_-)

Grade 10 keeps me pretty hammered down with classes, particularly Chemistry and Algerbra II. Those two classes alone manage to keep me tied for quite a while each night, but it hasn't gotten out of hand yet. =)

This year's musical at the high school is called "Meet Me in St. Louie", you've probably heard the name somewhere. It's going to be starting the first day after Christmas break and I'm uber excited because I actually got a lead part as a grade 10 kid! I'm satisfied on all levels for sure!

I don't remember if I told you before or not, but I'm working the movie theater now!! It's a wonderful job and we all have a great time working. (It sometimes seems more like play than work lol) And that takes up my time on weekends and various weekdays.

Writing is not nearly as much a part of me as it once was. I quit writing Finding Fiesel when I relized I was becoming a little too emotionally attached to my own fictional character (yeah, I'm a weirdo). I know I didn't say it then, so I might as well say it now: I couldn't let anything happen to Fiesel. She was becoming way too much a part of me and I wouldn't let anything bad happen to her...and the story needed something bad to happen...so I quit writing. LOL. I may continue it someday, but probably not too soon. (Just admit it, I'm just weird that way)

SO THAT'S WHERE IVE BEEN!

I really do apologize for the length of that. And no, I seriously don't mind if you didn't take the time to read all of that. If you did, awesome, if you didn't, awesome. Just a little more insight to my life, unclear if you actually want(ed) it or not. Heh, nonetheless, that's where I've been. I'll try to write a few more short blogs before I randomly disapear again, which I hope I don't do at all.

Until I type again, with many cheers for you!

My poor laptop

No, I just didn't leave you guys without saying bye for no reason, this time I actually had a reason! But to keep the long story short, I was being dumb and accidentally smashed my laptop screen right down the middle....yea...pretty awesome on my part, righto?

That's why I've been gone, but whatever. I'll be fixed soon and then I'll return. Until that day...

Cheers!

Byebye Tandem!

Today will be my very last performance with my Tandem friends. It's going to be horribly sad, but it will be okay when I see them shine bright on stage next year.

Because this is my last year, I decided to make a little something for them, which can be seen here.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMauIzn77no

--People in It---

It really truely is for the entire cast, but the people listed are my closer friends in the show. In order they are...

Carter - Remember that name? We all love Carter

Evan - New to the stage, landed the lead. He's such a dork, but a highly liked dork

Brekken - The queen I've talked about so much, silly as ever

Blake - Brekken's little brother, pretty much awesome.

Max - Hopefully another familiar name, most random person I know.

Carsen - My "favorite" kid is back, no less hyper or goofy of course.

Natalie - The girl who couldn't break a rule if her life depended on it.

Mariah - This girl, who's so innocent and well behaved...SHE CAN SCREAM!!!

Spencer - You know the person who sits and does nothing, but is the funnest person you know? that's Spencer

Julian - Little doodette who NEVER leaves me alone!!...almost like Carsen a long time ago, just not as a big deal. haha she's a cute little kid though.

Katie & Caitlin - My directors this year. Awesome people, for the most part

Hope you enjoy it, sorry about the cruddy quality. It's a lot better in Movie Maker

Stage Presence

I quick reality check on what I've been doing...

Stars of Tomorrow

Every year there is a local talent conpetition in town which I usually do. And because last year I wrote my own piano song (April Rain) I decided to play it. And hey! I took second place! Now if you are in Division IV (9th-12-th grade) and you take first or second, you go to state!

So at the state contest, I took second again!! Which means I can go to districts! Those will be held in Castle Rock, Colorado and will take place Saturday the 26th of April. I'll be heading there soon and I'll tell you all about it!

School Stuff

(Did I ever metion that I'm a percussionist in band? I don't think I did! oops ) Disctric Music Festival is on Tuesday 22nd of April...TUESDAY! stupid people!! I have to miss school to head to a city 2 hours away (a city which I hate) play the band stuff, sing the chior stuff, and come home again. I wouldn't be as ticked if I knew I wouldn't have so much to make up. I wonder if they realize that High School teachers aren't as caring as to why students miss school as Junior High >.>

The Reason I Live

Tandem Productions as offically annouced that they will be putting on show....WILLY WONKA for 2008!!!!!(I wish it was Alice, but whatever!) Tryouts are early May....REALLY SOON... and I can't wait another day! However...it's my last year so it will be the sadest thing in the world to me. I mean seriously, If the last day of Guys and Dolls brought me to tears, the last day of my last tandem production at all will have crying buckets...

BUT I'M NOT GOING TO THINK ABOUT THAT!!! I'm just going to kick back and enjoy my last year!

Other Summer Thingies...

So there was a group of ladies who heard my song at stars of tomorrow and adressed me after the show. They said they were officals from the [blah blah blah] at the [dah dah dah dah dah] (I lost attention right about there!) But I DID in fact catch them say that they'd love me to play at the Miss Teen Pagent which Miss America herself will attend!

(..I imagine some of you are laughing right now {buffy}. Use your head...they want to play on the opening night concert...not as PART of the pagent >.....>)

So that was cool. They want to play the song I wrote, and possible the one I'm woking on right now if I get it ready in time. It has no name at the moment, but for some reason I'm really leaning toward something like Blueberry Hill!

haha don't as me why. I don't know either!

I'll keep you guys updated! ESPCIALLY when Tandem starts!!!

Cheers!

Nimzy thinking

First off, the movie out right now called Nim's Island is, in my personal opinoin, a movie worth going to for fun. It has a nice light-heartedness to it that makes you smile and want to hug the person next to you when it's all over. (Buffy may or may not agree to that )

I did enjoy it. It wasn't anything super-amazingly special, but it was definatly not a waste of money.

Now for some reason all I could think about today was what it would be like if Nim's Island met The Last Mimzy. They both have the same light-hearted tone and are both fun-fantasy. I can't help but thnk what it would be like if, say, Nim got ahold of Mimzy. Or even if Noah and Emma ended up meeting Nim somehow.

But Whatever. If you're in the mood for a silly, fun, PG movie, Nim's Island is the movie to go to right now.

Nim's Island! In Theaters Now!

"Yay! We're not the oldest ones in the theater! There's that old dood way back there!"

Last Minute Nonsence

Simplistic me again, forgetting to do my homework. So here is an idea of what my work looks like when I try to do at the last minute! ~Enjoy the show

(also, we were REQUIRED to make up nonsencicle words, so all the really random words aren't just PURE stupidity! The unexsistant words are the bold ones)

Sydney

8AM

The stillness undraibled

Our sun eletating o`er the hills

I hunt her down through lineways and traces,

Savoring her Flatoyous new thrills/

She takes me to her huantig sea

The lake not far from home

She leads me to her plantanory

The treehouse which I'd once known/

She's then a tibble knight at hand

Defending the once great bastion

With a skilop she then soars `cross the land

Her dreams are ever-lasting/

I'm staggered at what she can think up

From the mind of a juvenating kinder

A conpabertat, perfectly childlike

With which I cannot hinder/

She guides me to such a great place

A psycheless space

never misplaced

She flows with unrepectable grace

And still I marvel in her unending race/

She continues her quest of blissful Juble

But I am far to weary

I head inside and to my surprise

It's only now 8:20/

Although she is no older

than fingers on one hand

I will be the martyr

To the things that she has planned/

She is so much and is so small

She's more than I could be

But I know now what imagination is

My idyllic cousin,

Sydney

Remember, I did this in the last 30 minutes. But for once, I actually kinda LIKE how my writing assignment turned out! It's so random and dorkish that they won't EVEN KNOW!

The Big 15

Ya know...I really thought that turning 15 would feel, oh you know, "different". "Older", "A sense of Maturaty"...

But then I come to realize something: Me? Sense of Maturiaty? heh, that's a good one!

What its like getting Kidnapped from a consesion stand by your band teacher

Well today was the last day of a four-day weekend, and there was quite a bit of randomness going on today. All that was planned for the day was me working at the high school consesion stand for a single shift today during All-State Music Confrence weekend. Simple. (I tried out for All-State in Choir as a Tenor 2 but didn't make it )

While I was working, my band teacher ran up to me and grabbed me right out of the place and dragged me to the side. My first reactions was "What the heck is going on?!" before I saw it was my band teacher. Then I felt stupid for making a sence about it

"Will couldn't show up today, we need you to play his mallet parts for All-State tonight, "she told me. I was like. "...0_0". Of cource I accepted and went off to learn his mallet parts. They couldn't be TOO hard, right?

WRONG!

That was the hardest piece-of-junk mallet part I've ever played. Yeah, I finally learned it, but I had to skip lunch and all the breaks to pratice to do so. The other part were perfectly okay, but this ONE song, stupid old song called "Fiare Bi`ancha" or something like that. It was totally professional work, and I'm totally NOT professioal.

That night at the concert, I screwed it up so badly though! Once I figured I was off, I just winged it and played notes at complete random until the end so I could at least enjoy myself. Heck, it's not like anybody knew eccept Me and our Conductor, whom I ticked off by doing that. (SORRY LEO!)

Only because I'm a Tandem geek...

Tandem Productions. The plays in the summer time that I've done for a countless number (6) of times is coming to an end for me. There is an age barrier, and I'll hit it when the next show comes around (But no worries for me, I'll be a stage-hand / set crewmen when I can't act in it anymore.) So I've been taking the time to prepare and get ready NOW! (Only because I'm a Tandem geek without nothing better to do!)

At this time, our director would never let out any information about the show, stictly because we aren't suppose to know, it adds to the suspence, it makes it a surprice. blah blah blah. With a little help from a buddy of mine named Brekken (Another Infamous Tandem nerd who is in 8th grade right now), We have discovered that Tami & Scott (Our directors, along with Kaity who may not return this year) has ordered two sample scripts from Broad Way Junior already!!!

~ Alice In Wonderland {Jr.} ~

~ Willy Wanka {Jr.} ~

Those are the two, and the links at the bottom of this post are the specific pages of those shows on the offical Broadway Junior site.

So, now that I know what the choices of shows are, I went to look at the parts, scrpits, and scores. All I can say is that this year is going to BE AMAZING for Tandem Productions! To start, if we did Willy Wanka Junior ("Willy" for short from this point onward), then it would just be an epic show! That musical has some massive parts and more importantly, a lot of parts! It would be one to remember, namly because of how many kids are in it. (However a large % of the cast would be younger kids taking on Chourus members, from what I gather)

If we were to do Alice in Wonderland (which will be refered to as "Alice") it would also be EPIC! They cast size is Ginormus and the songs I've heard are spectaular! If you get a sec, go to the Alice link at listen to at least "Golden Afternoon" and " "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah!" (While they are not EXCELLENT, they re quite outstanding for Broadway Junior and for our Children's Theater would be unforgetable.

At this point in time, I would love to either, but I am heavily leaning to and hoping for Alice in Wonderland. I would just love to get 50+ kids on stage for Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah!

That's all I really have now, I'll keep you updated on Tandem as well as other usless components of my life!

*If you get a chance, listen to the songs here. "Golden Afternoon" and "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah" found near the bottem left. They are actually quite good for Broadway Junior**

...And for some reason you just can't seem to ask what's going on...

Have you ever had this happen to you?

My parents latly have been...odd...to say the very least. "Odd" as in bringing up really random stuff that usually never comes up in every day conversations, AND they are bringing them up a lot. (It's totally possible I'm just over-analyzing this, but I don't know. They are only doing 2 things)

1) Lately, I keep hearing word and getting questioned about "How would I feel about another sibling," or "Would I ever want another sibling," or "What would I do if..." and questions like that. Questions all relating to ANOTHER silbing. I've always been content with just the 4 of us (even with the oldest one moved out already), and I HAVE wondered what it would be like to have another family memeber...but I never really considered it happening before. And besides, if we DID have another baby, we would need a different house because this one is already full to the brim. Which brings me to point numero 2...

2) All this weekend my parents spent several hours a day looking a different houses for sale. They were barely home because they were always out looking! This is just...weird! My parents have lived in our house FOREVER, and even my oldest brother has lived in this house all his life, so moving into a different one would be like...ew...

Now have you ever felt like this: They (parents) are seeming to make all these changes and family choices without the family around but aren't saying anything about it. You tend to notice and you want to ask them what's going on. You know perfectly well that they would be happy to tell you anything, and for reason you just can't seem to ask what's going on!

It's odd in my family lately...but I'm the only one who seems to think so. *Sigh* I predict change in the next few months. Change...for the better?....I have no idea.

Well, this is how it is...

I haven't blogged in about a month, nor have I written anything for any stories in a long time. I haven't updated anything, new or old, and I just have plane neglected this site, my profile, and YOU!

Well, this is how it is, simple and clean:

I don't know what to do.

And I'm not even kidding. I don't know what to blog about, I don't know what to talk about, I don't know what to write about and I don't know what you'll think of what I do...so I haven't been doing anything No, that's isn't a good philosophy.

And to be quite honest, I'm not even quite sure why I'm writing THIS out. Mainly to say that I'm not dead and still love talking to you. I just don't know what it is you want to hear about, so I have been spending too much time comtemplating on WHAT do write about rather than just type it out as I used to.

To sum all this up,

Sorry!!

So Many Thing I can Tolerate, but...

You know, for the most part I am not hard to be friends with. I try my best to find the best in everyone I meet, and truly dislike very few people. However, that is not always the opposite too.

There are some specific individuals that I find irratating, igroant, egragious, and some times all of the above. However, I've learned to tolerate as much of them as I can. By now, the only two things that *really* get looked at in a negative way by a majoriy of my peers are my love of drama, and my love of Juvenilism, which if you haven't inferred already, word leaked out about it long ago and most everybody knows about it (that includes my family).

Most of my peers will look at those two things in a negavite way. Why? I don't know. I suppose people just find Drama a little too feminine, although it's not. And people find kiddish stuff a little too...kiddish.

I can tolerate being people not liking those two things about me. As a matter of fact, I've realized about myself that there are a lot of things I CAN tolerate.

I can tolerate screaming and crying children in restraunts and on planes and not even dream about complaning.

I can tolerate "annyoing" traits about people and try to just accept who they are.

I can tolerate missing an assignment on accident and getting a failing grade on it.

I can tolerate my best friends telling me not to tell anyone something, even if they know what it is they are doing is wrong.

There are so many things in the world I can handle with ease. It's just how I've grown up: see, forgive, forget. Simple as that.

But, let's say I'm sitting in class talking to my classmates about what we want to be when we grow up, and I mention that I want be a pediatrician. Someone asks me "why?" I reply "Because I like children." The same person asks "why?"

I say "I just like them." The kid raises his eyebrow. "I just find them fun to be with. I even like babysitting when I get the chance," is how I reply.

What I CANNOT tolerate, is when the kid pipes up and says

"Gee, aren't you just going to be a teenage-child-molesting pedophile aren't ya?"

and what makes it even worse, it's not the first time it's been said to me.

I would NEVER do anything to harm a child, nor would I ever think of it. Anyone who knows me would know that.

Chapter 4 - Not a Little Girl

Ello!!!

I finished chapter 4! woot! the first chapter that doesn't have Fiesel's POV! (It's Bridger's). Like I said before, just kind of a "bleh" chapter with no real purpose to the main story later other than than the fact that Fiesel is having a really cruddy time at school because of Dawson.

All this really is for is giving more insight on Bridger, Dawson, and slightly Fiesel.

http://www.fanfiction.net/secure/live_preview.php?storyid=3690521&chapter=4/

(I had forgot I put it off for like a whole week! Whoops! =D)

Not too long, and not to "WOOHOO" but it's okay I think.

And Just because I really want to tell you where I'm going with this so I don't *totally* lose your desier to read this, I'm telling you what happens next:

Fiesel will finally get taken in chapter 5.

WARNING NOW: Chapter 5 will be long. very long. maybe around or more than chapter 3. It sucks, I know, but it will be necessary to build up the relationship I want Fiesel and Bridger to have. (a shaky relationship where both are becoming close really really fast)

Fiesel will want to show Bridger the "sugarblush" and tell him about it. They go there, they decide to play a game, Fiesel gets lost and she ends up on the interstate I mentioned in chapter one....get it?

Hope you like it this chapter and I hope you aren't too bored *yet*!!

Happy days!

(Yes, I'm in a partiularly good mood tonight!!)
